Quick background...07 F250 with an edge tuner CA ERG delete. A local shop did the ERG delete and replaced some dead injectors with some cheap injectors and she hasn't ran good since. I finally got over it and planned to take her to another tuner....the next morning I cranked her up and she chugged and died in the drive. Called the wrecker to take her away. After a month now in the shop its running with new exhaust new Ford Injectors and fixed some of the bad work the other shop had done. (loose turbo stand loose fuel rails etc etc) The new guy calls and says shes only boosting 17# so he disassembles the turbo and finds a broke "ring" cleans it up and claims carbon can slow it down as well. reinstalls and it goes 21# of boost. He thinks the Y pipe is bent....nope it fine. Puts on another tuner and doesn't pick up any boost. He says it should be at 33# of boost....any ideas? He says it may be in the heads...but that's getting to deep.
