stumped! videos

03 f350 277k, ran like this when I bought it, replaced injector #1 and cleared up the issue for a week or so. I let a friend borrow it and he topped of the tank before returning it back to me and now it runs like garbage again, really lopey, no power etc. Most of the time when it warms up it wont even move and dies and usually wont restart till it cools off. Just switched to rotella t6 and a new motorcraft filter today, Im clueless possibly bad diesel? Also replaced the egr o rings, cleaned the egr and running it plugged in and unplugged with no change.

To me it seems like an injection issue or bad fuel. I would try putting some additive in your fuel and see if that will help clear it up.

Do you have a monitor to watch FICM voltage, ICP pressure etc?

Something really cheap but it doesn't really work that well or tell you everything you need to know is the ELM327 bluetooth OBDII module and the Torque app.

My recommendation is either the Dash Boss (has the most PIDs available IIRC) or the Edge Insight.

Power Service Diesel Kleen in the silver bottle works really good from my experience but for you I would probably recommend the red emergency 911 bottle. Its more for removing moisture and such. Any parts store should have it.
