turbo issue or fuel

hi guys
problem is this just started week or so ago when she is cold seems worse
what happens is when you go to accelerate it seems like it has a miss
she has good power good boost i had my mechanic look at it he checked injectors and icp and all that on his scan tool there are no codes it has been deletd last year and has ran flawless i do oil changes regularly along with fuel and air filters pretty anal on all that use rotella and motorcraft filters
has a year old powermax turbo
some say maybe the vanes are sticking ?
i allways use diesel service i do need to add some archoil again
but to put a sound to it its like
baaaaaaa ba ba baaaaaaaaa baaaaaaaaaaa lol
idk what else to check
any ideas would be great

funny
but yes if it was the vanes sticking wouldnt it do it all the time
as this issue seems to be there but not all the time i have the blue spring mod and all that done as well
any help ideas
