2004 6.0 Please help 0.0 oil psi

Any 6.0 guys please help with this one. I pulled my truck in to replace my turbo return silicon boot that was cracking, while I was waiting on the part, decided to clean turbo. After elbow came in and turbo cleaned, I put all back to spec. I jumped in, and turned key on, let plugs warm up and turned ign. All it did was crank and crank. I didnt know... I am a ford owner and have been since i could buy one, so i understand the common problems that are associated with the 6.0... I first off pulled trouble codes, came back with a p2623 and the normal egr one that it has thrown since I did delete. I thought then that I may have broke IPR when i was aligning the turbo, got back there and everything looked good. No loose connection nothing, so then looked over the harness really well, nothing, no chaffing bad enough to throw flags, SO HERE IT WENT on to test ficm, 47.5 -48 volts while ign on. Called my buddy he came over with Snap on scanner, wanted to see what IPR showed, the scanner said that it went to 85% tryingto get pressure, desired was 1450 and it was asking for 1450 but never came above 0.0psi... I then thought ICP was bad, disconnected ICP to trick pcm, and no start still.... I have fuel coming to the bowl, I have low pressure oil fill the filter housing. I just cannot believe 0psi, is there something that I am missing??? PLEASE HELP
