Well i work at the stealership ty very much. when you replaced injectors did you lube seals before installing them?
Anyway if it hydrolocked take out glow plugs and turn it over to see what cylinder locked then see if it locked from fuel or coolant

He is right^^
If you try to crank it over and its locked up you most likely have a injector run amuck and pulling the glow plugs is your next step to see what cylinder it drains out of......

There are a number of hydro-locked (aka fuel-locked) threads on the board to be searched out. Since you (I am assuming you and a maybe more knowledgeable helper) installed a long block and put injectors in it, I would further assume that all of the correct procedures were followed to ensure success. So you only have a few options when you find the guilty party; was it installer error (missing or damaged part, technique) or did the injector nozzle fail? Perhaps it isn't even related to the most probable cause!

As suggested, as your own mechanic you now have to be the detective as well or pay someone who can do it for you. Some would call it a fair market exchange of cash for work performed. It is only stealing if you don't agree to pay for it and your wallet is lighter after the fact, or the work is not performed.

Figure out what cylinder is involvedvand what hydro locked it then make a decision.
