Oil change now really rough running

So I changed my oil on Monday and used what I've always used delo and ford filter. Started truck and ran like crap. Got really irritated drained oil and put in rotella. Still same issue. Now the truck barely idles. All was well before oil change. I'm thinking rev x or any other ideas?

Maybe your oil change is unrelated and something actually went out. How is your ICP volts and IPR %? What about FICM volts?

Did you change the fuel filter at the same time? Might be an issue somehow.

Check your spindle that goes in the middle of the filter be shure its not damaged or the plastic button in the top or the oil drain back valve.

You need to check the low oil pressure with a mechanical gauge and see if you have a min of 45 psi. You may be starving the hp oil system of oil.

I just pulled the filter and the spindle looks good. No dtc present but around 25 mph it really stumbles. Looks like blue smoke when stumbling. Friggen driving me nuts
