Injector Circuit Low- All 8 cylinders

Keep getting codes for all the injectors having low curcuit . had that code once before on #1 but when i connected the harness plug into the injector plug mounted in the rocker box, i had forced it on 180 degrees out and pushed in 3 of the four pins. anyone had this before or have an idea. im guessing i need to check voltage at FICM. code says the FICM senses an opoen circuit to injectors. that leads me to beleive a plug has come loose. just did head gaskets (cab off) behind my shop 3 months ago but running fine since then. tried to attatch pic of my setup i used for cab off. did all the work by myself. took a while

FICM voltage should be 48v when running.
