PCM gone???

Hi. so i just finished an oil cooler job on my 04. 6.0l. well my y pipe wasnt seated right so i had to take off the air filter and degas and ficm to get in there to lossen the clamp and align the pipe. well the plug on the ficm pulled out. well the pins pulled out of the plug. so i got the plug back over the pins. well it was flipped around. so i plug it in to the ficm not realizing and go to start truck turn key. dash lights and engine fuel pump come on for a half sec then gone no crank no power to the engine. so i know the the plug got fliped. now i go to take out and flip around. the pins pull out of plug again and this time touch the ficm. sparks i pull it away was able to get plug on the right way and still nothing. im thinking i blew the pcm. or the ficm. its not the injector plug its the one for all my sensors. right now i dont know where to begin i still have interior lights and radio thats it. idk if its a fuse they all looked ok is there a relay for pcm and ficm my truck has been down for a week. i need to work tommrow. i took off to do my oil cooler.
i figure someone can help me out really need the advice

Thanks eddie.
