Missing/ stalling

At around 1800 rpm and road speeds of 50-60. My truck starts to miss and sputter. If you let it idle down a bit it will accelerate but have slowed to a stop and it stalls. I didn't find any water in the fuel and replaced the fuel filters. A couple of months ago this truck was a no start. I had a shop replace all injectors, up pipes, one " oil rail". I think is what they called it, and anything else from the heads up to get the compression up. Found out that the shop put after market fuel filters on the truck, we all know what they look like and are missing.

Ran the edge platinum since the truck was new
Blue spring
BP Ficm
Bypass oil and coolant filters
4" turbo back

Should I pull the Edge off? I've heard that they aren't aging well. Hopefully it's not an injector. Any sensors that could have been damaged when they put this truck back together? What about the FICM? Could the higher output be causing this, BP said that it wouldn't cause any problems.

I'm a shade tree mechanic at best, and really can't afford for the truck to be down or another $3000 hit at the shop.

Any suggestions would be great.

The only trouble codes the Edge is showing is that for the FICM and the computer. Computer because of the edge and the FICM because of the BP FICM.
