Exclamation Low icp pressure no start

First time posting.I have a 2005 6.0 with low icp presure 75 to 130.ipr duty cycle at 77 per cent .6,000 miles ago I replaced oil cooler egr cooler dummy plugs and stand pipes new stc fitting updated turbo drain tube and updated oil line to turbo.Truck ran great until yesterday.Started in the morning but took probably 10 sec to fire up.In the afternoon after sitting for and hour or two did not start on fist try but did start after cranking 2nd time.Drove home about seventy miles ran fine icp presure running between 580 and 2000.shut truck off when I got home and now no start.Think it it might be ipr valve?Looking for any ideas what might be wrong.Truck has 96,000 miles on it.

After that many miles, it's probably not anything you repaired. I assume you did the stainless screen under the oil cooler.

What's your FICM V while cranking?
Have you unplugged the ICP and tried to start?

If those are in spec, I'd be looking towards the IPR.
