Exclamation 03. F250 6.0 water in engine!!BAD. Need some help.please

So here is the story. I bought a flooded truck from the auction. With the hope that the truck would not be flooded. But I was wrong.

The engine dip stick was a dark gray color oil passed the max line. Which is not good. I bought some engine cleaner from autozone, and allowed it to run for 10 min.
( the truck smokes white exhaust fumes when its running. Lots of white smoke)

I pulled it in the garage and I drained about 8 to 9 gallons of the water oil. Not good!!! I took off the oil filter and housing to clean it. Put a new filter.
After draining the oil I wanted to pull off the oil pan to make sure that there is no clay or mud at the bottom of the pan. (It took me like 5 hrs to take it off, clean it and to put it back without braking nothing. )

I put new oil. Started it up and still blows a lot of white smoke.

Is there something else??

The oil is still not very clean. So I am planning to change it again tomorrow.

But wanted some help on what I could do to make this truck run better.

Any advise?

Thanks.
But otherwise all the coolant and Tranny fluids are good.
