High boost, no go

To start off I know my turbo is sticking

I can build up to 32PSI half throttle but there is no go. I have been reading around on the forum on this subject and I have read that this is sticking problem. Is there anything else that could cause this? I am ordering a new turbo and it is getting installed this weekend. I would like to know if there are other things to look for so I can fix it this weekend instead of having to do it later. Thanks!

Mine was doing the same thing but what I did was yank the turbo off and reconditioned it and she has ran like a champ ever since. . . . . . . . . You may not need a new turbo! Just trying to save you some green backs. . . . . . .
