need help, truck wont start up

So yesterday I replaced my front hub assemblies with a pair of moog hub assemblies. Everything went smooth except I needed to purchase coarse thread lug nuts. However, when I went to start the truck it would crank up but wouldn't turn over and it was making an inconsistent clicking sound as well. I didn't know if this had anything to do with the abs sensor since I had to disconnect it and plug in the new one. I have an edge cts tuner on it and egr delete as well. Any help would be great, thanks.

abs sensor wouldn't cause a no start, and I don't know what year or model your truck is, but even if it has the vacuum solenoid, don't think that would cause a no start either. Think it only deals with the hubs and AC if I'm correct.

I'm thinking you have some other problem. What is the clicking sound? like a starter click? I had a problem when my Edge CS died on me that it basically confused the fudge out of my computer so the truck wouldn't start. I'd start with pulling codes off your CTS if its still functioning and you'll get a much better idea
