2005 6.0 chirping

I'm new to the diesel truck world . I have a 2005 f350 6.0 and it has a very annoying chirp sounds like its coming from the drivers side rear cylinder . Does any body have any ideal what it could be . It did it once before for bout a month and stopped . It has came back after my last oil change thanks

Mine was chirping but turned out it was the water pump. Changed out the OEM for a Bulletproof Diesel Water Pump and it fixed the chirping. Maybe someone with a little more know how will chime in. . . . . . . .
