So the truck is a early build 2004 that I bought in june. The only modification to motor is 4 inch turbo back. I just had all 8 injectors done, new turbo inlet pipe, new ICP sensor and all fluids and filters changed. There is no problem cold starting and fires up immediately after warming for awhile( Just shy of operating temperature) the truck will randomly sputter and surge at idle and low rpm. If the truck is in gear it will lurch forward and occasionally stall. The truck fires right back up. No light, no codes. Everything i have been reading leads me to believe that it is ICP or IPR. Possibly bad ICP installed? Also I pulled turbo last week and noticed that I could wiggle the IPR back and forth about 1/8 of an inch but it seems tightened down all the way. Any help or info would be greatly appreciated. Thanks
