Slight Miss While Driving with AC

Ok so here we go...i have an 06 F350 with 98000 miles. Have exhaust, intake, looney tune, egr delete and studs. Everything else is stock. Never had any issues until the other day i started it up like normal and headed to work...once i got off my gravel road and hit the highway i started to accelerate and there was a constant miss. I have about a 20 mile drive to work and it misses the whole way. Not quite as bad the warmer it gets. It isn't throwing any codes at all. I removed tune thinking maybe there was just a bug somehow but same ol. I don't believe it's injectors theres no smoke on start up at all.

And as far as the AC goes, if I kick the AC on it cuts out 10 times as bad and the tranny starts whining like its getting ready to blow apart. Shut the AC off it goes back to normal and stops whining. Any help is greatly appreciated!
