Need help with scangauge 2

Just bought 2005 6.0 CC 4X2 Lariat 81K on the clock. Runs strong! Bought a Scangauge after reading on here the importance of monitoring .... connected it and the gauges do not seem to offer much on the way of fluid temps!

Do I / or how do I add the needed items for monitoring the oil temps, coolant temps, etc.....

Thanks in advance for your help.... I have searchec and searched and it is Greek to me ... I am not much of a "wrench hand"

I actually found a pretty complete set right after I asked the question. Created a FMP (FICM main power), EOT.... took truck for a 20 mile run - @ 65-75 mph. water temp was around 195, oil temp hit 211???? FMP was 47-48.5 mainly 48-48.5. Now I just have to search to see what these mean.... LOL
