What are the symptoms of bad injectors?

I think my injectors are bad. When I tow my 5th wheel and go under load, it pulses, misses, chugs and generally behaves like I am letting off the throttle and stepping on it over an over. I am assuming this is the injectors since the truck is completely bullet proofed (FICM, EGR Cooler, ext oil cooler, banjo bolts, drain lone, HPOP, studs, name it it's been done.)

If it is my injectors, should I do OEM injectors or is there a good aftermarket replacement? Not really looking for power this is just a driver/tow rig. And...should I replace all eight? or just the bad ones?

2005 F250 Everything that can be done, has been.

Swamps FICM, ARP Studs, BPD EGR cooler and remote oil cooler, 6.4 banjo bolts, blue spring, HPOP, 4 turbo back and all the other crap that Ford should have done right.

That doesn't sound like injectors. I had an injector go out in my 7.3, and it would SHAKE the dash just cruising at around 1200 rpm. But if you put it to the floor, & kept RPMs high in each gear, u could hardly tell it was missing.
