Check engine light won't work

I just got a 2006 250 SD witha 6.0 and the check engine light "tested" when the key was turned on the first two days. Now it doesn't light at all. I even unplugged the ICP and mass air flow and no light.; The rest of the lights test except this one.
Anyone know a fix for this problem?

Check the bulb it may have burned out or loosened up. Or you could have a problem with the custer controler. Any codes?

Lord I shall lead them to the water but I will not try to make them drink

No bulb on that light or most of the other warning lights. Something similar to LED.

I hooked up a scan tool and found the light circuit is working to OBDII plug. Also found the codes are being set when you unplug the plugs on various parts.
The light still doesn't work and after cluster removal it looks to be some type of LED. I just now to make sure the circuit os working up to the cluster. Anyone have a wiring diagram for the check engine light on the 2006 SD?
