6.0 Dealer Repairs- Need Help

I drove my 2004 F450 into the dealer with fuel leaking from one of the fuel lines. The technician ran his diagnostic tests and all he found was the leaking fuel line and a leak on the coolant reservoir. I had them change out both parts and they called and said the truck was ready. When I arrived to pick the truck up, they could'nt start it. The technician checked it out and said all 4 injectors on one bank were bad due to sucking air. Now here's my question. If the truck was driven to the dealer not missing, smoking, or no loss of power; How is it after changing the fuel line it messed up all 4 injectors on one bank? Could it be due to the technician not purging the new fuel line they installed that caused is to suck air?
