CHRA help

So I found my main oil leak (turbine side seal) but have notice cleaning the CHRA that another leak is from the shaft of the Unison Ring actuator. I removed the shaft and found what appears to be a grove for an o-ring. Anyone know if there is supposed to be a seal in this location? Part number? I don't think its included with the rebuild kit. Late model 06. Thanks.

Update. There is no seal, interference fit. Finished everything today, road test pass. Time will tell if the oil burn returns.
