6.0 Sputter

OK folks looking for some serious help. About to make a long trip and i want the truck right. I have a sputter while under throttle. Idles fine, no smoke, FICM is 48.6 Volts key on and under WOT. Degas bottle dont show coolant coming out so i dont think heads. EGR cooler has the freeze plug/weld MOD. No loss of boost. No DTC's. Best i can describe it is 2 steps forward one step back when watching the RPMs. Feels like a miss. Only things i can think to look at are fuel pressure and HPOP issues. None of the local stores have a pressure gauge for me to test fuel. Hope i gave enough description, please let me know what ya think.

When my truck's FICM was on its way out I had a very, very slight miss now and again which as time went on would die after driving about a block but would re-start if it sat a couple hours. Took it to the dealer which found no codes and charged me over $350 to tell me they had no clue as my truck ran fine for them. I put in a BPD 58 volt FICM and my truck runs like a top now.

This sounds very familiar to what my truck is doing! When I put it under hard throttle it stumbles! I need to test my ficm
