When my truck's FICM was on its way out I had a very, very slight miss now and again which as time went on would die after driving about a block but would re-start if it sat a couple hours. Took it to the dealer which found no codes and charged me over $350 to tell me they had no clue as my truck ran fine for them. I put in a BPD 58 volt FICM and my truck runs like a top now.
