Long exteded crank p0671-p0678

Hello, just did bdp egr cooler and factory oil cooler, bdp ficm, blue spring mod, 6.4 banjo bolts, serviced the turbo, changed coolant over to cat-1, replaced fuel filters, now I have a long long crank time and have every glow plug circuit code except 5 and 7. The harness from the pass battery I assume with fuseable links has been cut open and is taped back together(like that when I go the truck) Any help would be great, I did this all to make it reliable and now have problems when I didn't before... little aggravating I'm at 2k and counting!!

Most likely the glow module or the harness causing the issue. Glow plugs are very dependable.
