Help!!!

Ok finally got the truck put back together today after do head gaskets and the thing starts blowing fuel out of the valve cover vent on the drivers side. I put all new o-rings and copper washers on the injectors so now I'm at a loss

Did you make sure the old copper washers came out when you pulled the injectors?

Yes the old coppers all were still on the injectors when I pulled them out
Could it be the injector cups

Did you clean out the hold-down holes before you torqued down the injectors? It sounds like one of the o-rings failed or the injector is not seated or broken.

Yes everything was cleaned at the machine shop but I am thinking that the o-ring must have failed
