Well a week after HPOP replaced developed a bad oil leak

Okay here's the problem replace my Hpop on my 2003 and it ran great still does have great oil pressure
Noticed just a couple drips of oil about a week later at a friends house a few bigger group drove it home by time I got it home the drips were constantly through the parking lot now if I start it oil will just pour out of the top of it it looks like it's coming from either the IPR valve or the ICP p but I cannot tell I took them both out check the o-rings everything looks fine wasn't super wet behind there is there a possibility that I could have blown the gasket from the cover and its pouring out that bad please help I want my truck back
