data stream questions

i have a 04 f 250 6.0 . I have been having trouble with first starts up for the day and cant seem to figure it out. I had the truck on a scanner again today at another shop only code was the egr code cause i run a egr deleted. we were looking at the datastream and the first line caught our attention it shows engine coolant temp at 160 degrees so we scrooled down to look at other things. we found another engine coolant temp close to oil temp the temps were oil 205 ,engine 190. so we scrolled back up to ther other coolant temp and it reads 160 only other thing that we could find that says 160 was intake air temp. we are thinking that this sensor where ever it may be reading from is causing my cold start problem because its possible way off when the engine is cold.the other things we looked at were volatge 12.98 ficm voltage 47.92 and he looked at oil pump pressure wich was 580.57 and it was looking for 580. we were using a mentor pro scanner the code i mentioned was p0401 and i left it in there cause it always come right back. I hope someone can help cause this cold start problem is just bugging the crap out of me im tired of cycling the key off and on to get it too crank.
