Weak at WOT

2006 F-250 6.0 77k miles
Arp studs, EGR delete, gauges (fuel, egt boost), SCT tuner w/ SRL+

Lately, my truck feels like its been getting slower and slower along with some strange issues with boost. If i'm at 3/4 throttle, it pulls like a hoss and pushes about 28psi and holds a steady 1100 degrees EGT. Whenever I lay the hammer down from the 3/4 throttle, the boost drops from 28 to 20psi and EGTs spike instantly to 1500+ (gauge only goes to 1500). The truck feels faster when the pedal is 3/4 than all the way wot. I just took off my turbo last weekend and cleaned it and reinstalled. No change. Fuel pressure is a meaty 60-65 psi all the time.

I suspect that my HPOP is getting weaker but not entirely sure. I'm about to get one of those Scangauge II and see if I can get some numbers. in the mean time, does anyone have any ideas?
