oil dripping out of the exhaust pipe

We had an employee push one our trucks too far today. It was loaded heavy and it got hot he said. Instead of stopping he drove it to the next town. When he got to a service station they put 6 gallons of coolant in it. Now it is steadily dripping a oily water mix out of the tail pipe. It running rough to say the least. Any fixes? Or just get ready for a new engine?

Ouch, Sounds like $$$$ to me.. What an idiot driving it. The thing that bothers me is he knew it was getting hot but continued to push it even further... What a moron.

Good Luck!
Tom
