2003 6.0l crank no start

Few day ago my 2003 6.0 power stroke would crank but not start. The day before the problem it started and ran fine got to work and it would crank but not start. i only have one dct that came up was a p0201. I did find that the IPR duty cycle was at 84% and only achieving 300 to 350 psi on the ICP. i could use some in sight i know there might be a leak in the HPOP or it could it be a bad IPR. Pleas any help would be a blessing.

Did you unplug ICP to see if it would start?
The earlier trucks aren't prone to HPO leaks as the later engines.
I'm thinking HPOP

^^^ Agreed, the only leaks that were prone to some 03's and 04's was the HPOP Discharge Tubes on some models would rub the HPOP cover and cause a leak in the tube. If your discharge tube doesnt look like this;

Then I would definitely be leaning towards a weak or failed HPOP.

I did try to unplug the ICP but I could get my hand back there to do that , and now I have I have the turbo FICM driver side battery and air filter and housing out of the truck. If that would prove that it's the HPOP that is at faulty then ill put back together and Try that or is there another way of test the HPOP to see if it is faulty.

If that O-Ring is white, its the wrong o-ring on top. The o-ring that goes there is the Black D-ring O-ring. The white one goes under the pump. Here's a pic of the black "D" O-ring.

The ford o-ring kit part number is Ford # 3C3Z-9G804-AA.

Here's a link from another site that I politely borrowed, same issue as yours.

Thanks I bought the truck this way and I will put the right O-ring on it. The one that goes on top of the pump is the thicker O ring right.
