05' 6.0L. I went out this morning and started my truck, it was kinda cool I say about 55degrees. And I was going to let it warm up for a few minutes. I was out messing around the house and noticed it was just blowing blue smoke everywhere. It did it for about 5 to 8 minutes then quit. I hooked up to my trailer and went on my way. NO power and it just drank the fuel. I was on a 3/4 tank drove about 100 miles and now I am a little past a 1/4 tank. I say the trailer weighs about 11,000lbs. What gives I am starting to get disgusted with my truck.

Give a little more details. How many miles are on the truck. How much have you pulled the trailer in the past, if at all?

I pulled a 20 foot goose neck pretty much empty last friday about 700 miles and that trip it went through almost 4 tanks of fuel. The truck has 45,000 miles on it.

wow, that's a lot of stinkin' fuel. I think Marc is on vacation. He's the man to help you out on this one. I'll keep this thread bumped for you for when he gets back.

Marc was on this morning and last night so i don't think he's on Vacation.
His elk hunt is Oct 20th I think he said.

I'm sure he would if he could but he's prolly hangin upside down in an engine compartment right about now with a wrench in on hand and a loose part in the other.

First of all.....ADAM MIGHT WANT TO BE WATCHING HIS SIG, AVITAR, PROFILE PICTURE, ETC very closely after that comment
  As far as the problem at hand......is there any codes in the prossessor?? is there a check engine light?? Im guessing there is a sticking turbo issue, but there is the possiblility of injector(s) as well.
