water leaking from oil cooler

Doing flush as I write this. Motor cooling. Ran VC 9 and distilled water through motor, drove truck to get good cleaning action with thermostat open. Came back, drained VC 9 and water, noticed water leaking from oil cooler. Refilled with distilled water, drove truck, heater on, thermostat open, came back drained water again, still, water leaking from oil cooler. Tell me what this indicates for the condition of my oil cooler other than it's leaking.

Is it leaking from the back where the EGR hose connects? That would indicate the need for a replacement hose

Unless it has actually ruptured,it is most likely leaking from the hose nipple,or could be leaking under the intake manifold, where the other end go's in,when they leak there,it will puddle up on top of the engine, around the turbo pedestal before it starts to drip to the ground, making it hard to find the actual leak.
