I just left Matt's shop... having a huge problem getting all of the fittings in the back of the heads for the ITP return.

It's 3 AM - they started at 5:30pm !!!!!!!!!

Yeah, they're a PITA!!! I got mine installed thursday and it took an hour and a half just to get both lines in to the back of the heads, and the person who installed mine has done quite a few of them... He was underneath the truck reaching up to install the banjo bolt while I leaned out over the motor and held the line up in place. Hopefully by the time you read this post its all sorted out. P.S. I normally do a lot of my own work, but after seeing this return system go together, I'm definately glad I paid a pro to do it for me...

Holy crap, that sucks! I had heard that installing ANY regulated return kit was a PITA, so this is a good warning for anyone looking to tackle this project themselves!

Update:

here working on it. got the passenger side on, now the driver side is RIDICULOUS!!!!!! absolutely horrible- we are going crazy. This kit sucks without the cab off.
WARNING!!! ONLY DO WITH CAB OFF!!!!!



been here since 9am and still trying to finish. never seen an install so rough.
i'll update later on.
