Need help in San Diego

So going down the highway, my 04 with the 03 6.0, lost all power, dropped to idle then shut off. It had been hard stating while cold, would have to try three times to get t to run, it also had a jerking kinda like it was misfiring at 45-60 mph while in overdrive gear. Just got this truck only needed it to make until I got back from deployment, then was going to throw money into, that didn't happen. So the egr cooler has been replaced, just changed the icp, had to cut 4-5 inches of wire to get some that had no oil in the wire, also changed harness. I don't have a scan tool that can read real time data, if someone does and is willing to help me out that would be much appreciated. Now while cranking it builds a lot of oil pressure, according to the dash. I have no means of air testing, again if anybody could help it would be much appreciated. Tested the ficm, koeo 48v, while cranking 48v. Just changed the oil and Motorcraft oil filter with Motorcraft filter cap, also just changed the fuel filter with motorcraft filters. Took the EGR valve out and cleaned it, didn't really need it. Right now I really don't have a lot of money to throw into it. If someone in the san diego area can help I would pay. I can give address and phone number. Thank you.

I wish you were closer because you definitely need a diagnostic scanner and I have AutoEnginuity. Sounds like you have a high pressure oil problem, but to be honest, these symptoms are pretty common, it could have you chasing your tail... I'm not sure how many active folks we have in the SD area, but I'm hoping that something comes through for you. Are you getting any DTC's?

Xpbprox......you have a diesel shop in San Diego? I may have a need for an oil cooler replacement and am looking for options cheaper than the dealer.
