03 EGR cooler gone bad? possible ficm issue as well??

Hey guys I got this 6.0 on trade and originally thought I needed head gaskets, however now im wondering if it is in fact the head gaskets that are shot. it had issue starting and blew coolant out the exhaust. I checked the dipstick the oil is milky and it blew oil out of the degas bottle when it started up it billowed white smoke like a haunted house fog machine. I tried driving it down the road and it blew a lot of black smoke then mixed turned to white and would start haulin ***. got back parked it at idle smoke died down a bit. I've been reading a lot on this issue cause I dont like "throwing parts" at a problem and I'm leaning towards a bad EGR cooler cause they say it causes similar issues and I thought the motor was hydro locked earlier but the batteries are weak so I pull started it (I know dumb *** move if it is hydro'd it can bend a rod) however it started and idle with a shake like a miss. hooked the SCT up to it and showed a camshaft and crankshaft sensor open.
