Inductive heat flash, do I have it?
Hey everybody. i just took my truck in to ford because of continuing loud and clanky cold starts. They installed 2 more injectors (under warranty) to fix the knocking. I asked if they would please also install the inductive heat. They say they did. cold starts have been MUCH better with the new injectors, but how do i know that they actually did the inductive heat. They director at Broadway ford did not even understand the heat flash. I have been putting new injectors in regularly, and i think that if they put the heat flash on it will help with injector stiction in the future, once these new injectors decide to start dropping out. Sorry for the long post, i would just like to know if i have the flash now or not. Once my warranty expires, injectors going to start costing a little more than $100!!! Thanks
