need help

Hi everyone

Ok i know this has been beat to death but real quick. I can't get the block plugs out of my truck 2005 250 60 ps and im in the middle of the restore flush. they are striped hopfully once the motor is warm i will be able to get them out.
So dose anyone know off hand how many times i should drain rad and flush with distilled water to get all of the restore out of eng.

thanks for the link now one more. question will it hurt to leave the restore in motor until i get home tomorrow after work to start draining it i just got done driving it with it in and getting late. and i'm suck in a rv resort and running straight pipe so needless to say get a bit loud when its running.
