White Smoke not coolant???

I just got my first deisel 2 months ago its an 03 F-250 6.0 with the 80,000miles. I added 4" strait pipe, egr delete, blue spring kit, S&B intake, intake elbow, gauges, banjo bolts, ccv mod, ecm rollback and atlas 40 ficm tune from php and sct tunes from innovative. I have new oem fuel filters and a fresh oil change. I also have headstuds laying on the bench just waiting for the right time to install them.

The truck was running great but now it started to blow a big puff of white smoke when I start it after it has been sitting for awhile. I will also get a little bit of a haze for about a block and then it clears up. When I start it it cracks off hard like it is almost going to hydo lock. I right away thought it was my head gaskets so no big deal I was going to put them in but the smoke does not smell like coolant at all. So I thought a cracked injector nozzel or o-ring but no missfire at all. I pulled my injectors anyways and hooked a pressure tester to my degas bottle and pumped it up to 18psi it only dropped 1.5 lbs in 12 hours so it cant be coolant right??? I guess I am wondering what to do next, someone said send my injectors out to be tested??? I can do headgaskets but I do not want to have the same problem when I am done.
Any help would be appreciated thanks,

What was the ambient temp when you started it. The white puff could just be unburnt fuel from the block being cold. My 7.3 does it in the morning.... as for your hard crack I dont know. Thats just my guess anyway

Raw fuel from bad glow plugs or injectors. Most likely glow plugs.

The temp has been betwween 50 and 70. It seam like something is leaking into the cyl while it is sitting. it almost turns over hard which is why i tore into in right away, I didnt want to bend a connecting rod or worse
