when to do a turbo relearn? i got 0 boost any help would be great

ok so i started with replacing even injectors after #6 went out. after install truck ran rough till i had all the air out of new injectors. i've had turbo back pressure since first start up. posted questions on it and from the replies i took the turbo off and cleaned and made sure veins were working, they were. Still had problems called warren they told me to unplug the exhaust back pressure sensor and see how it acted VGTs on my cts started acting normal again so pulled exhaust back pressure sensor sure enough it was completely clogged so blew the tube out and sensor also did the map sensor to cleaned line and sensor. plugged everything in now i have no turbo boost at all. So i tried unplugging the exhaust back presser sensor and still no change no boost. could that be bad sensors or should i do a turbo relearn? and if so how do i do this? any thoughts would be great
