Who test injectors in Canada?

Does anyone know where in Canada one could send a set of 6.0 Powerstroke injectors to get tested? Or should I even bother wasting my time and just get an entire set (too bad I'm poor and can only afford one side at a time, FML).

My truck has been running pretty good up until a couple weeks ago when it started blowing blue smoke out of the blue (only from a stop and while idling, though) and ran like it was getting punched in the throat. So I pulled the plumbing off and I had oil dripping out of the hot and cold side pipes and intercooler. I also pulled my injectors and one of them was bone dry and caked with a ridiculously unnecessary amount of carbon. Two of them had this gel-like substance on the injector housing while almost all the others had black tips with carbon build-up.

Your problem sounds like a turbo ring seal.

The injectors may need a good cleaning or even some repair. Chatham in Ontario is the only one to flow and repair 6.0l injectors. I didn't find anyone else. $30 each plus shipping and taxes to flow them. I used them to hone my nozzles. They will also upgrade injectors, but they typically use port plugs.
