P0069 error driving me crazy

Hi there been having an issue with a p0069 code, I just fitted a new ebp sensor as lack of power and also replaced the turbo with powermax turbo but I'm lacking power and getting a p0069 code if I clear it comes straight back.

Should I just replace the map sensor or what would be the next step to solve this,

My setup is as follows

2005 f350
Arp studs
Egr delete
4 inch straight pipe
Powermax turbo

Cheers phil

Bump---Same issuees. Baffled

So, I'm throwing 0069, 0108, 0261. I've swapped the EBP, MAP and about to change the baro sensor. I found the wires going to the EBP were melted together but not penetrating. Same with the rest in that loom going too the abyss near the bottom of the block. CPS maybe. I get periods of gutlessness, no smoke though, I can shut it off and turn it on again in a few minutes and it'll either run good or like crap. I've searched a buttload of forums and done most of those referrences. None of them come back to say it's fixed and how. grrr. Hollar back ya'll.
