turbo ?
With the bucking of the engine If it is the turbo will it reset and run fine for a while after the key is turned off and then restarted the motor. check engine light is on till you restart the engine.

I didn't mention on this post the 6.0 is in a F-650. The dealer were this was bought said they did not have the right cable to scan for the trouble The cable is very expensive and they are not going to buy it. I don't know but if it is pricey will an auto parts store have that kind of cable ? Thanks for any help |

I unplugged the egr valve and it still bucked . It does feel like the turbo sticking just because it runs like something is turning off then on.off.on Ether it is getting worse or it's the cold weather. Today the light came on just idling and it happened 3 more times in 2 miles. After it warmed up it wasn't as bad but on a 150 mile trip the light came on at least 10 more times and lost the turbo boost every time
