Unhappy need help with my truck it wont start when is hot

the truck is a 2004 f250 6.0, here is the problem when it get hot it wont star until it get cold, the truck has 174k miles i took it to the dealer where a friend work he is a diesel mechanic what he hasnt find the problem he sid that we are not getting enough presure to open the injectors,he check the injectors and said that #7 was leaking bad,he changed it, no fix,he change the hi press. oil pump,no fix,he been traking it with no luck, he has change a bunch of gaskets and o-rings but no fix, its getting better but still wont start when is hot if the truck is lower that half in the water temp. it will fire but it get half way and you have to way until it get colder, if any one has any ideas, i will really apreciated.....
