Going through coolant in like 2 days

hey i have an 04 with a 03 6.0 motor egr has been deleted and studs have been done. everything checks out fine i plug my diablo tuner in to pull codes and nothing major shows, my truck is on stock setting but goes through a whole thing of coolant in about 2 days but the truck is running fine, and thoughts what this could be? my first thought could be the head gaskets but im not sure anything could help thanks.

What type of delete? Is the cooler still in place but the exhaust side just capped off? If so maybe the rear cap is leaking coolant into the exhaust?

Also check in the engine valley. Perhaps a small leak collecting there slowly then with on road travel it mostly sloshes out and then when you park there's nothing dripping?
