rough idle and low power

bought truck 2 months ago...ran perfect, noticed a couple puffs of white smoke when getting off freeway 2 weeks ago. did not get hot or lose more the half gallon of coolant. replaced egr cooler and did a egr delete. truck started right up after priming but runs rough at idle, has no power until about 2000 rpm, even then has a skip. shows no codes with advance auto parts scanner, went and bought a sgt live wire scanner, still no codes. ficm is good, doesnt lose coolant or oil, no exhaust leaks . ran perfect before , cant figure this out ???

I hope you mean that you replced the oil cooler not the EGR cooler as you also did an EGR delete

Sometimes it take a while to work the air out of the system. Beyond that look at you injector plugs and FICM plugs to be sure you got them all seated right.

Run a power balance when cold and see which cylinder is dropping.
