I hope you mean that you replced the oil cooler not the EGR cooler as you also did an EGR delete
Sometimes it take a while to work the air out of the system. Beyond that look at you injector plugs and FICM plugs to be sure you got them all seated right.
Run a power balance when cold and see which cylinder is dropping.
