Medic!!! (Tech help please...)

So I'm driving on the highway, and all of a sudden the motor sounds strange. When I get pulled off, it's making a low moaning noise, not unlike a power steering pump going out, but it's independent of the steering. It increases in pitch when I goose the pedal. I shut her down, and then restarted. It made the noise but then went away after about 10 seconds, so I went ahead and drove home. When I parked in the driveway and got out I immediately noticed it leaking oil. It's leaking at the rear of the motor on the passenger side, and leaking at a pretty good clip. Think 12" round puddle in 10 minutes.

Ideas?

04 Ex, 6.0, 4x4, 136,XXX miles. In the last 3 months I've replaced the HPOP, EGR valve, EGR cooler, and the oil cooler. The vehicle never leaked until I got it back from having the HPOP done, and then it leaked pinpoint oil spots.

Trying to keep a good attitude about this, but I've spent 6 grand on repairs in the last 3 months, I've got to start looking at other options if it's going to cost 2K a month to keep her running.

best bet is to start trying to find where the oil is coming from.

It's coming from everywhere. I was on the highway when it started leaking. It is all bottom end, nothing up top.

Meaning a hole that isn't supposed to be there from debris? No.

is it an early or late 04? sounds like a typical ICP sensor failure to me. The change in sound was probably the motor not knowing what the ICP was and guessing...

Build date was in February. Wouldn't an ICP failure throw a code?
