Running rough and stalling

Hi,
This is my first post ever, so be gentile.
I have a 2003 F250 with a 6.0. In the morning the outside temp. is between 36 and 45 degrees F. Hard to start, when started, sounds like running on 5 cylinders. After about 3 minuites, runs just fine. I changed both fuel filters, and used injector cleaner praying this would eliminate the problem. Now in addition to the above mentioned symptom, the engine now runs very rough at idle and sometime stalls without warning. sometimes idling at 850rpm+ with a slight miss. This engine has less than 60,000 miles on it. (very frustrating). This is what the scanner had to say, codes present p2285 ICP circuit low and p1703 brake switch out of range. Those are the only codes that were stored.Glow plug tesetd fine and injector buzz test also tested fine. These tests were all at idle with the engine at normal operating temp. I hope this may be of some help.
EOT 180 DEG. F
ECT TEMP 181 DEG. F
EXH BACK PRESSURE 16 PSI
IAT TEMP 118 DEG. F
DSD-ICP PSI 646
ICP PSI 648
MAP PSI 14
ICP VOLTAGE .95 VOLTS
NO EGR FAULT

My first inclination would be to change the ICP sensor. I just want to be sure that I am on the right track before throwing money at it. Any advice would be much appreciated.

no more stalling, still have the morning blues

I replaced the ICP sensor, what a pain. It did, however, fix the stalling problem and erratic idle. I still have the morning start up problem. Still sounds like running on 5 cylinders. Rescanned, does not throw any codes. Anyone have any suggestions?
anything would help out.
Thanks, Larry

Have Ford reflash your pcm with the latest stuff for the cold start issue...it will fix it right up.

Thanks for the input guys!
I'm schedueled to have it reflashed bu 02.20. I'll let you know how it turned out. Also, another symptom I noticed that my mileage is in the crapper! I hope that will take care of that too!
Reguards,
Larry

If your milage is in the crapper, the cold flash isn't going to take care of that. that could be alot of things though.

Holy Mother of Mary!!
What a huge difference that reflash made. Best of all the dealer did it under warranty! No out of pocket. That's $85.00 saved for beer drinkin'. I'd like to thank you guys for all of the input. I don't know what I would have done, or how much money I would have spent trying to isolate the problem on my own. This site is well worth checking out. Sign me up for Premium Membership!
Reguards,
