flutter
the noise you are hearing is air rushing back out through your air filter housing. After a hard acceleration boost is high, you let off, all the unusable boost has to go somewhere. In other words all the air the compress wheel was drawing in has now where to go except out because the turbine side has lost it's driving force. It is nothing to worry about, 6.0 will do it, 6.6 duralax will do it and it will be come louder with a free flow intake!!! you will grow to love it!
