it tries to start with just one

I have an 03 6.0 with 149000 miles on it FICM was replaced two years ago
it has head studs on it
it has an EGR delete done on it
its Has AFE open airbox 4 inch turbo back straight exhaust with an aero turbine exhaust on

ok a while back I was driving my truck about 35 miles an hour lost power then died I wouldnt start at all turned over but nothing else
I run for codes nothing comes up
I took it to a friend shop here and codes it said it had a bad ICP sensor on it so he replaced it hurry he's not a diesel mechanic but it still wouldn't start its got good fuel in it
it's got all new filters new Oil
the fuel lift pump running fine because I am loosened the fuel filter up top of the engine and its soaked me down with really good smelling diesel
now its at my house I changed all my filters again
cycle through the on off about 10 times ill try to start but then it if I hold my foot to the floor it'll just barely try to run
but I just noticed that while I was sitting here turning the key to the key on position that I could hear kind of a gurgling from the engine compartment do you think that's the HPOP

You need to get some gauges on it and take a look at the:

FICM values KOEO/ Cranking

Most likely find your issue there. A cheap ScanGaugeII will see everything the trucks computer does and for $160.00 it's hard to beat. I have one and like it because it can be put wherever you want it because of it's size. There are much nicer units available whatever strikes your fancy. Anyway get a gauge set on it and post up your values.
