22psi boost but no power please help???

New to this site and thanks in advance for any posible help you can offer.
I have a 06 6.0L 146,000 km's, It hit -37 degrees here in alberta last week, the truck was running fine CEL came on , buddy checked codes egr & #8 unbalanced... cleared ran great all day shut it off CEL again took to dealer scanned and replaced a senor. no CEL on OK. 2 hours latter starting to feel less powerfull. brought truck back replaced EGR they said it had lots of power.i picked it up $900.00 floored it 22 psi but not even close to the same power it had before. i'm puzzled, i never boosted more than 15 psi before and u could barely keep it strait. now it can't get out of it's own way. i use this truck everyday and i drive it!!!

sorry! just to add. i had both fuel filters changed, oil changed, intercooler boots looked over for holes or cracks, and asked if they reprogramed the truck. I bought this thing 2 months ago and i'm spending all my mod moneys on fixin this thing... I should have keep my 99 7.3

sometimes my 07 wont boost more than 22 also..Any help guys??

Doesn't it have a 100,000 mile engine warranty; don't know what that would be in km...? Not sure, but something doesn't sound right here. In stock form, mine would sometimes boost to 30psi and would be consistently in the high 20's... Is your truck tuned?

no it's not tuned, and warranty up here is 160000Kms. i'm takin it back to Ford this morning. It feels like a power decrease of edge race program to stock program. but the gauge shows more boost than it did before.

Anyway great site, and i will let you know what the outcome is later today.

turned truck back to stock and i only will push 15 psi floored!! it suxs!!!

but at 15 psi could you feel the turbo pushin your truck?
