Correct temps for eot ect

What is the normal running temp you guys are seeing?? And what's considered over heating I've had my eot up to about 205 and ect at 198 give or take a couple. But that was with it being over 50% throttle on a hill empty.... newbie here so be nice

My eot usually runs around 196 and my ect usually stays around 190 give or take

normal operating temp if i recall correctly is 212. mine doesnt get up that high but your coolant temp should be within 15 deg but less than your oil temp, anyone chime in and correct me if im wrong
